The requirements for a tradeshow are very different from corporate meetings and conferences. From space requirements to hook ups and layout, it is a completely different side of an event. Not all venues are equipped to handle both types of events. Teatro Conference & Event Centre has the layout and requirements for trade shows both large and small.

With two reception halls along with a smaller meeting room and atrium lobby totaling 11,200 square feet, there is ample space to host a tradeshow. Other key features of our banquet hall to help accommodate trade shows are:

  • The entire building is on one level and 100% wheelchair accessible
  • Eight-foot entry doors to accommodate large object, including cars
  • 20-foot ceiling height in both banquet rooms
  • Street-level loading bay entry
  • Free secure encrypted WiFi throughout the banquet hall
  • Free onsite parking (163 spaces)
  • State-of-the-art audio visual system including microphones and built-in projection system
  • Minimum of ten dedicated electrical circuits in each banquet room area.
